When a member of the Greek Neonazi party „Golden Dawn“ killed the antifascist rapper Pavlos Fyssas a month ago, the situation in Greece returned to the regular German media.
Yet the crisis has been shaping Greek realities ever since its beginning in 2008. The movie „Tungsten“ was produced in this initial situation. It is the fictional story of six people in Athens and depicts how the crisis intervenes in their lives. A low-budget, black and white movie it shows their despair and interconnectedness. The movie will be shown in Greek with English subtitles.
